PVC/PE multi-hole pipe production line can be applied to produce PVC or PE multi-hole pipes with the specifications of 3-hole, 4-hole, 5-hole, 6-hole, 7-hole and 9-hole. The line is also called plum blossom pipe or honeycomb pipe because its section likes plum blossom.

PVC material adopts the conical twin-screw extruder, while PE material adopts efficient BM mixing polyethylene dedicated screw, which will ensure high speed, high efficient and precise extrusion.

The multi-hole pipe die is designed specially based on the characteristics of the processing materials (PVC or PE), which guarantees the stability of high-speed extrusion and the brightness and smooth of the inner and outside walls.

The tractor adopts imported variable frequency speed regulating, which has powerful and stable traction.

The multi-hole pipes are mainly used in threading and laying optical cable, which have advantages of convenient threading, mutual interval, high anti-pressure, strong anti-freezing and good sealing, strong impact resistance, anti-pressure and high toughness, it also achieves the characteristics of line pipe barrier isolation, easy operation, quick cable threading, good adaptability to operation environment and low project investment etc, which is widely used in telecom, mobile, broadband network, military communications, railway, transportation and other communications pipeline.
